Some photos taken of Chefs at Naval Symposium, HMAS Watson about 86 or 87, can't recall names- not rude, just sign of age :shock: Hope this works :lol: P.S I'm not in any pics, never liked having photo taken unless i had to- police mugshots/ID cards :P

Good photos John - at least they were still wearing Cooks Whites instead of those horrible checked pattern daks they wear these days. I'm a little bit sus about the Red and Blue hats though :P

The hats and cravats were for show, I think the POCK in charge was responsible for that fashion decision :grin: If memory is correct it was Derek Moon-say no more :lol:

John, just to shed some light on a few names in the pics... The first pic has ABCK Kemp (looking at the camera) and far back left is ABCK Grahem Dixon who stars in a couple of the pics. The 3rd pic stars LSCK Grahem Brockway (Brocky) and LSCK Owen Maloney (Owie) in the HMAS WATSON Wardroom. Nice pics next to the coppers Cliff, I was fortunate enough to serve on all 3 DDG's but if we wanted to relive that pic it will have to be with scuba gear. Cheers
