Thanks for that Bomber, Ithere have been a few enquiries along the lines that you have mentioned. You should get a few replies and photos etc as soon as the word spreads.

Thanks Cliff, One more thing.? Do you or anyone out there have a jpeg or any other file of the cooks badge. Maybe the artwork from the rabbits. Can't find one anywhere except one used in this forum but I need one with a transparent background. I have had a good response so far but waiting for some video footage to incorporate especially from the "Meet n Greet" in the Friday.

Bomber, Quinny may be able to help you in your quest for the Cooks Rate. Also alnat72 may be able to help you, he runs his own site specializing in Pussers rates from all eras and is also a most welcome a member here at our Cooks Forum. Bomber, Am very sorry I couldn't make the cooks reunion, have been talking with some of the "West Aussie" guys who went over and they all had a great time and were very impressed by your (?) committee's organization. Was pleased that so many ex-cooks of my generation were there and asked, Les Debonde, Len Yagmich etc about my well being.! Surprised that so many of those guys from the 50', 60's & 70' are still alive and kicking. Hope to see them at the next reunion. Am sending money order for the "Reunion DVD" will be great to view. thank you Bomber (bill) brown for the excellent DVD of the 2008 Cooks reunion . top job i enjoyed it immensely . would recommend it to everyone who attended and for those who couldn't to see what a great time was had by all. roll on 2010 in perth. after seeing your picture at the end of the of the dvd i remember you from albatross in 1963 or 1964 . from the main galley jogged the old brain box and brought back quite a few memories. keep up the good work best wishes to all Johnno :grin:

Yes bill Ditto from me and for all you fence sitters out there Get onto this. What a wonderful thing to a have a true and accurate account of a wonderful weekend. Trust me a 20 dollars well spent . For those out there that have some phots you can still post same on the photo section on this site.

want to thank bomber for the great dvd, cherylyn & i watched it & was amazed how good it was everyone should have a copy well worth it, seen faces we did'nt see at reunion. curly masters

Yes Rick, I agree with you 100%. Even those who never went to the reunion would absolutely drool after watching the DVD, They would recognise heaps of their oppos for sure. Having said that, I think quite a few members of this Forum already have it. Still, it would be nice if Bomber had some more feedback. :smile:
