He was found unfit to plead and is in jail for life, grounds of insanity. I urgently need to hear from anyone who served with Percy at Cerberus or elsewhere in the 60s. He was at Cerberus in 1968 but I need further details: his job, what he was like, any stories, etc. Percy is a suspect for Beaumont children, Adl, 1966, Alan Redston, Canberra, 3 year old Simon Brook, Sydney, Wanda Beach murders, etc. Everywhere the boat went, and he was on it, kids were murdered. Errol , he was an ORD EM under training . Was in my young brothers greenies class , they lived in the bottom floor of the old B block . Bro always said Percy was a twisted unit , used to wear a nappy so he could piss at any time . Percys' Cortina , with a canoe strapped to the top , was quite often parked behind 6 block , until he kept geting flat tyres as a subtle hint to piss off and park elsewhere .
