If you could meet someone from pussers again?
I was just thinking about all the top mates I had in pussers (some I still have contact with) and I thought if I could meet up again with just one who would it be? There are a few (WRANS included) but if I could only pick one it would have to be Peter Neilson. Last time I saw Pete he was doing it real tough. It has left a void in me for 33 years. So who would you love to catch up with from Pussers, if you could and why?

Good thread to start Barry seeing as the reunion is just around the corner and going through my phots just recently i found some phots of when i was on the Vendetta i had the best time of my Navy career on the Vendetta top kellicks<Good>and a good up top program and a top skipper by the name Of Allen Ferris. I haven't seen 2 0f those blokes since 1975 Namely Benny Baines and Des Ivey We had a ball on board and i notice with some joy that both these blokes will be at the reunion . Benny was a sand groper and he is making the trip over which im really stoked about if any one has Bennys email Can you forward to me by PM thanks Quinny . So many id love to chew the fat again with and Cant just Name one but Allen Sheppard And Zero Graham and cliff Whatley are in the mix Keep well all .

great question sets the brain to thinking about old mates some really good blokes who had a great influence on me when i was a young bloke in pussers . would love to shake hands with L/ck Bobby Fenton my first leading hand when i arrived at the tross a raw O/D he was a straight shooter and taught me a lot and you knew where you stood with him . give you praise when you done good and was just as quick to give a boot up the arse when you fxxxked up. hope to run into him one day,, maybe at the reunion. regards Johnno

I would love to say hello again to Kylie Green and tell him I'm still a chef. Also my old and first time at sea pusser Leut Lee but I'm sure he is past leut now. Also I like to say hello again to Mel Webb, Chipper (a lsck on Manoora) also Tony Randall and Ben Clarke. I think most of these people are still in the navy acording to someone I met at the reunion. And Simmo and Amanda I'd love to say to the hello and I'm still a chef.
