Medals & Awards
We have a few threads relating to Medals & Awards so I thought I'd give a special section a run. If anybody has any information or updates please post them here eg - a member was asking about whether he was entitled to an ASM, but was'nt too sure, so we did some checking and he easily meets the criteria and the application is in. :grin:

Yes good idea Cliff, I wasnt aware I was entitled to the new gong, so good idea to have a heading so many people are blissfully unaware of what they're entitled to. I will say that if you think you could be a recipient of a gong please get the application off this site and bung the bastard in they will soon let you know if you're not elegible. Regards quinny

I received a letter yesterday informing me of my eligibility for the =ADM= I had applied for this in Early January my medal will be presented by my Lccal Member at a ceromony at his office on the 6th March at 1100 with light refreshments to follow. I was allowed to invite 3 guests and I had to submit a form that they sent me with the guest names on, so it really has'nt taken all that long - only 2 months from time of application to medal presentation which i think is pretty good.
