Yes Al Thats the one and only rastes we are still mates after all these years I remember you from the tross and saw a phot of you recently from the cooks reunion we have all changed. S orry its taken a while to reply i didnt check the phot site out till today, normally just go to the cooks site.So thats my excuse normally im pretty quick of the mark with these emails but i have been busy with footy im on the junior league executive over here in adelaide which keeps me busy during the season Regards Quinny

As Requested by Cliff ill put a few details on site regarding Karen and I s meeting with the governor .As part of volunteers week the SA Government put on a recognition concert At the festival Theater Over 2000 people attended we had all the pollies there and the Governor was there also Along with his wife Liz . As luck would have it we were only siting a dozen or so seats away from the main man .When the concert finished I caught up with the official party .Im not big on all that protocol caper and when i got close enough I said gdday Kevin Of course he stopped and thank Christ he recognized me Cause his aid de Camp gave me the dirtiest look and Had his nose out of Joint Kevin said to him its ok I know him we are old shipmates Apparently your not supposed to come bounding up to the governor if you want a nag with the man you must follow procedure. Well he said how you going Quinny and thanked me once again for the vendetta Phot i sent him .I introduced him to Karen and he likewise introduced His wife to me and Karen all the while the Raaf Grunter They call him The aide De Camp to me he looked more like Camp Aide but i could see he was a tad pissed . I then asked Kevin if i could have a phot with him Karen took the Phot Can Karen get in the next one And kevin gave the Camera to the raaafie chappie and said would you mind of course he said yes but the look on his face was priceless More or less He was angry that i bounded up to the boss like i did. And then being asked to take a photo well that sent him over the edge a little bit . Any way we had a quick nag and a phot taken and I asked kevin to put me on his Xmas card list and i would do likewiseAnd he said no worries . So Will probably get a card from him at Xmas .
