Naah, didn't waste good napalm on barbies !! Use to use it on red ant nests when I was a kid tho. Remember the small glass medicine and "Bex' bottles from tears ago? 2/3s Palmolive liquid det, to 1/3 petrol or kero , tight cloth wich in top . One large red ants nest with large rock in center , stir up ants by quickly scuffing feet through nest light fuse stand back , chuck at rock and woooom , napalm!!!! Got the biggest hiding of my life when Dad caught us . Mum kept complaining about the detergent disappearing and Dad was puzzled as to why the mower was always out of fuel. Good detective was Dad!!!!

Wow! ya brought back some memories there Jaffa. Mate, one time when I was around 12ish, I bought some condice crystals (pottasium permanganate) for the pigeons. Used to dunk there heads in a solution of the stuff when they had a canker disease around their beaks, throat area. Next door neighbour comes around who's a bit of a wannabe rocket scientist. Puts a tablespoon of the crystals on the deck, and pours some brake fluid in it.....after a few minutes she started smoking...fffftttt fttttt!!!! whammo! went up in a flash. Did our eyes ever light up!...yeehaa a new explosive to try out?, crazy days!
